Why This Role Matters


We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who will bridge Araamis’s strategic leadership with HUED’s creative spark. You’ll craft vibrant campaigns that showcase Araamis’s consultancy prowess and highlight HUED’s joyful, innovation-driven design approach. From strategic planning to content creation, you’ll shape how both brands engage audiences—fueling awareness and sparking real excitement in Saudi Arabia and beyond.



What You’ll Do

  1. Develop & Execute Creative/ Impactful Marketing Strategy

    • Create integrated strategies for both Araamis and HUED, reflecting each brand’s distinct personality yet amplifying their shared vision for transformation.

    • Outline timelines, objectives, and metrics, ensuring every initiative resonates with the Kingdom’s vibrant culture and fosters a sense of delight.

  2. Design Culturally Attuned, Creative Campaigns

    • Capture HUED’s playful, experience-driven ethos and Araamis’s gravitas, weaving them into campaigns that authentically speak to Saudi audiences.

    • Leverage local events, user insights, and emerging creative trends to craft marketing moments that spark conversation and evoke joy.

  3. Lead Content Development with Heart

    • Produce and oversee Arabic- and English-language content—from engaging social media stories to blog posts—ensuring it exudes HUED’s dynamic energy while honoring Araamis’s strategic depth.

    • Build an appealing social media presence that stimulates curiosity, celebration, and user engagement across diverse platforms.

  4. Champion Social Media Presence & Innovation

  • Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms and Google, ensuring each campaign is both creatively compelling and aligned with brand goals.

  • Oversee SEO efforts—analyzing keywords, optimizing site content, and monitoring rankings—to bolster brand visibility in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

  • Continuously refine tactics based on data insights, ensuring campaigns stay fresh and relevant.

  • Oversee day-to-day activities across social channels, fostering authentic conversations, responding to audience needs, and staying ahead of digital trends.


  1. Champion Team Creativity & Culture

    • Manage and mentor marketing coordinators, designers, and external collaborators, cultivating a fun yet purposeful environment that invites fresh ideas.

    • Inspire cross-functional brainstorming, pushing the boundaries of traditional consulting or agency marketing into unexpected, delightful territory.

  2. Measure Impact & ROI

    • Track key metrics—engagement, reach, lead generation—and translate data into actionable insights.

    • Present results clearly, showing how marketing efforts advance Araamis’s strategic goals and bring HUED’s joyful vision to life.



Job requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in brand strategy, creative agencies, or consulting—preferably with deep exposure to the Saudi market..

  • Strong skills in digital marketing, including the creation and execution of innovative digital strategies, plus the ability to manage campaigns on social media and Google.

  • Experience with SEO and data analysis—you’re comfortable interpreting metrics, refining strategies, and presenting evidence-based insights.

  • Fluency in Arabic & English: Skilled at crafting content, ads, and social posts that spark interest across both languages.

  • Creative & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable dreaming up big ideas and then measuring their real-world performance with data-driven insights.

  • Leadership Savvy: Skilled at building, guiding, and energizing teams—ensuring positivity and synergy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Design Sensibility: While not a graphic designer yourself, you can collaborate effectively with creative teams, aligning visuals with the brand’s lively spirit.
